摘要
本文阐述地方文献的涵义、特征 ,分析了图书馆地方文献开发利用的现状和存在的问题 ,并提出了利用地方文献的对策。
The article discusses the definition and features of the local documents,and analyses some questions of the exploitation and use of the local documents,points forth some measures for it.
