摘要
本文阐述了参考咨询的由来及其发展 ,分析了民族地区高校图书馆参考咨询工作的现状及存在的问题 ,提出了应对对策。
The Article spells out the origin and development of the reference services,analyses the present situations and problems of the reference services in the libraries of colleges or universities of minority areas,and puts forward some solutions.
