Sino-Russian Relations:Importance,Model,and Development Trends

俄罗斯在中国外交中占有重要地位 ,但通常对其重要性的认识较为笼统 ;中国与俄罗斯定位于战略协作伙伴 ,但通常把这作为中俄关系惟一的模式 ;中俄关系处于“历史最好时期” ,但通常对其变化注意较少。本文试图对俄罗斯在中国外交中的地位进行较为详细的比较和说明 ,对未来中俄关系存在的多种选择模式进行分析和预测 。

Russia occupies a very important place on China's foreign policy agenda,but at the same time China's evaluation and recognition of Russia's role is general and vague.The Sino-Russian relationship is defined as a“strategic cooperative partnership,”which is usually perceived as the sole pattern in the bilateral relations.Moreover,the present Sino-Russian relationship has always been described as being“the best in history,”which inevitably makes people pay little attention to possible changes.Therefore, based on detailed comparative studies of Russia's roles and influences in the history of China's foreign relations,this essay attempts to analyze the multiple choices in future patterns of the Sino-Russian relationship,and, finally,to assess the trends in development in Sino-Russian bilateral ties.
