我国弱势群体的形成及其危害研究

On Weak Sector's Engenderment, Endangerment and Countermeasure

当前国内大量弱势群体的存在已经成为经济增长与社会发展的重大障碍,对弱势群体的理性认识以及帮扶弱势群体引起了社会各界的广泛关注。为此,作者着手研究弱势群体的范畴,分析弱势群体的特征与成因,探讨弱势群体对我国经济持续增长的制约;并提出帮扶弱势群体以促进经济增长的具体政策取向。

The exsistence of a great number of the weak sector people in China has turned to be the obstacles for her to make a further progress in the economy growth and the social development, so it is necessary for the whole society to pay much heed to it and take some efficient measures to support the weak sector people out of poverty. This article draws a conclusion that it is the unappropriate institution arrangements that have caused the formation of the weak sector people after analyzing the connotation, extension and the formation factors of the weak sector, it probes into the necessity for the society to give the weak sector people a hand and create a better circumstances of the economy growth, and the author puts forward some specific ways to support the weak sector people to promote the economy growth.
