摘要
分析了我国散客旅游市场现状和迅速发展的原因,在此基础上提出了旅行社在散客旅游市场开发中包括产品设计、产品定价、市场开拓、委托代理、咨询服务等方面的转变,指出旅行社应从"引导游客消费"的角色向"辅助游客消费"的角色转变。
This paper reviews the current FIT market and analyses the factors leading to its fast development. Suggestions about services for FIT are made for Chinese TS such as products plan, products price, market developing, agency by agreement and consulting service,and points out that Chinese TS should change from the role of'guide'to the role of 'assistant'.
