摘要
景宁畲族文化和生态环境资源独特而又丰富,创建"畲族文化和生态旅游区"的内部和外部条件较为成熟。针对景宁旅游业现状与存在问题,宜实施的旅游开发和管理策略有:产业定位、产业布局、龙头产业带动作用、优化管理体制、优化部门分工协作和优化投资环境等;旅游品牌建设策略有:推行精品工程、加强服务硬件设施建设、培育一支高素质旅游服务队伍;旅游市场开拓策略有:做好客源市场分析、运用好促销策略、参与区域合作等。
The culture of Jingning and ecological environmental resources are unique and abundant, it is high time to establish Bo minority's culture and ecological tourist zone.The current situation and problems that exist in tourist industry, tourism development and management tactics are as follours: Industry makes a reservation, and an overall arrangement, leading industry induces effect, management system optimizes department labor division and investment environment, etc; There are brand construction tactics of the travel:pursue the project of fine works,strengthen and serve the facility construction of the hardware, train a qualified team.There are market development tactics of the travel:analyze the source market,make use of promotion strategies,and participate in the regional cooperation.
