摘要
采用特殊方法研发了载硫量为 1 0 %~ 1 3 %的载硫活性炭 ,由活性炭孔隙结构解析表明 ,其大部分硫被覆于活性炭过渡孔中 ,使汞蒸气更容易、更有效地与硫反应生成硫化汞 ,沉积于活性炭孔隙中 ,它适用于常规方法除汞困难的场合除去气体流中含汞蒸气 。
S-loaded activated carbon with 10%~13% content of sulphur was developed by special technics.Analysis of its pore structure showed that sulphur was mostly covered on the wall of transition pores,which contributed to reacting with mercury vapour more easily and effectively to produce HgS,deposited in the pore of activated carbon.It can be applied to remove mercury vapour in various situation where is difficult in usual way,and mercury removal (efficiency) may reach move than 99%.
