Mrs Browning and LI Qing-zhao′s love poems composed with choice wo rds express their ingenuous feelings and emotions, arouse the readers′sympathy, rich the art treasury of the world. Besides their genuine and natural emotions, however, admiration is powerfully suggested in the former′s poems and grievanc e is strongly suggested in the latter′s poems. Based on it, the paper is intend ed to explore the sources of the differences from the cultural perspective.
