摘要
用氧化镁或氧化钙负载氢氧化钠(NaOH)固体碱作缩合催化剂,钯/炭(Pd/C)作为加氢催化剂,由丁醛和丙酮经交叉酮醛缩合、脱水、催化加氢制得2-庚酮。研究了固体碱催化剂的优点及催化加氢条件。结果表明,固体碱作缩合催化剂,副反应少,选择性高;在温度70℃、压力0.7 MPa、反应时间10.0 h催化加氢条件下,加氢产品收率达95%,产品纯度达99.5%。
The solid base of NaOH adsorbed on MgO or CaO was used as condensation catalyst, and Pd/C was used as hydrogenation catalyst. 2 - Heptanone was synthesized from n - butyl aldehyde and propanone via cross al-dol condensation, dehydration, catalyzed hydrogenation. The advantage of solid base catalyst and the conditions of dehydration and hydrogenation were investigated. The results showed that the side reaction was reduced and the selectivity was improved when solid base was used.The yield and purity of the product were 95.0% and 99.5% respectively under 70 ℃ of temperature,0.7 MPa of pressure and 10.0 h of reaction time.
