肌肉牵拉后即刻收缩与延时收缩对肌张力的影响 被引量:10

摘要 肌肉初长度与肌张力关系密切,而肌肉受牵拉后延时收缩产生的肌张力明显小于即刻收缩产生的肌张力。目前对此多从肌肉力学的粘弹性角度进行解释,而对在体肌的研究,特别是神经中枢在这一生理现象中的调控作用尚不甚明确,因此就下蹲即刻纵跳和延时5秒纵跳进行对比实验,对净跳高度和表面肌电信号进行同步观测和比较,对肌肉牵拉后延时收缩表现出肌张力下降这一现象是否存在中枢机制的参与做初步性的探讨。 There exists a close relation between the first lengths of muscles and the muscle tension, and after pulling, the muscle tension caused by the muscle delay contract is clearly smaller than that of caused by the muscle instant contract. So far, much research has been carried out from the angle of muscular dynamic flexibility. However, we have not done enough research on the body muscles, especially on the conditioning role of the central nervous system. This article has briefly probed into the correlation between the muscle pulling time and the changes in muscle tension by analyzing the electromyography of the instant squatting jumping and the delay squatting jumping in 5 seconds. The primary purpose is to find out that whether there exists a participation of the central nervous system in the lower muscle tension caused by the muscle delay contract after pulling.
