牡丹离体培养与快速繁殖研究进展

Research Development of in Vitro Breeding and Fast Propagation of Paeonia spp.

从愈伤组织培养、胚培养、花药与花粉培养以及器官培养几方面论述了牡丹离体培养的研究现状,并对今后的研究提出了一些建议,认为快速繁殖技术要应用于牡丹的产业化生产,必须提高牡丹试管苗的生根质量,并探寻合适的移栽驯化方法.

The research development of in vitro propagation of Paeonia spp. was reviewed, including callus culture, embryo culture, anther culture, pollen culture and organ culture and so on. It was advocated that tissue culture and other fast propagation measures should be applied to promoting industrialization of peony cultivation, appropriate methods should be explored to improve rooting ratio and transplanting survival rate of tube plantlets, and some other suggestions were put forward in the paper.
