摘要
知识经济的兴起,使人力资源成为关键性的战略资源。企业要想获得持久的竞争优势,必须吸引、留住高素质的人才,必须构建人力资源竞争力。对企业人力资源竞争力的概念、系统要素及特征进行了界定和分析,构建了企业人力资源竞争力的模型。
With the rising of knowledge economics, the human resources become the key strategic resouree. So, if enter-
prises want to keep the competition advantage lasted, it is necessary to attract and keep the talent of high quality, and
build up the human resources competitiveness. This paper has defined and analyzed the concept, systematic element and
charateristics of human resources competitiveness of an enterprise, and built up the model of human resources competi-
tiveness.
