摘要
针对孤东油田回注污水细菌含量高、腐蚀和结垢严重的问题,在室内筛选了适合于孤东油田污水处理的杀菌剂、缓蚀剂和阻垢剂,经复配后,确定了杀菌剂CWT-A/缓蚀剂CWT-B/防垢剂CWT-C复配污水处理剂最佳单剂的使用浓度。试验结果表明,该最佳复配体系具有水溶性、配伍性好,使用浓度低,污水处理效果好等特点,现场应用取得了明显的效果。
The bactericides, corrosion inhibitors and scale inhibitors used for treating the waste water from Gudong Oilfield and containing a large quantity of bacteria and causing severe corroding and scaling.The optimum composition concentration of bactericide CWT - A/corrosion inhibitor CWT - B/scale inhibitor CWT - C water treating agent were determined after the formulation tests. The result showed that CWT water treating agent had good water solubility , low use concentration and good treating effect. The field application had obvious effect.
