超稠油快速破乳剂的研制与应用

Preparation and Application of Demulsifier for Quickly Breaking Super Heavy Oil

针对辽河油田高粘、超稠原油破乳困难、脱水时间长而开发了一种高效新型破乳剂。运用表面活性剂结构与性能的关系,结合辽河油田超稠油的组成特点,创新设计破乳剂的分子结构。经室内评价和现场应用,充分显示了该破乳剂具有对稠油、超稠油快速破乳的特点。

A new kind of effective dernulsifier was prepared for super heavy oil of Liaohe Oilfield, which was highly viscous,broken hard,and had long dehydrating time. The molecular structure of the dernulsifier was created and designed by using relation of the surfactant structure and performance based on composition character of the crude oil. The experiment results and field test showed that the dernulsifier had character breaking heavy oil and super heavy oil quickly.
