摘要
本文提出 ,我国的海外投资保险制度的建设 ,应以海外投资保险制度的特性与功能为前提 ,在此基础上探讨海外投资保险的承保机构。
This essay proposes that to construct the overseas investment insurance system of our country, we should regard characteristics and functions of the insurance system of overseas investment as the prerequisite. In base of this, this essay probes into some disputing issues such as the organization, insurance coverage,etc. of overseas investment insurance.
