催化剂杂质对甲硫醚合成的催化行为的影响

摘要 系统地研究了γ-Al2O3催化剂中杂质Fe和Na对甲硫醚合成的催化行为的影响。催化剂中Na含量越低,甲醇分解率越高;Na含量在0.2%~0.4%时,目的产物甲硫醚产率最高,副产物甲硫醇产率最低;Na含量进一步增加时,甲醇双分子脱水,生成甲醚的量增加,甲硫醇产率也增加,但甲硫醚的选择性下降。催化剂Fe含量增加,甲醇分解反应加剧,甲硫醚产率下降,甲硫醇产率提高。 The effects of Fe and Na in γ- Al2O3 catalyst on synthesis of dimethyl sulfide were systematically studied . The results indicated that the decomposition rate of methyl alcohol increased when the Na content reduced. The maximum yield of dimethyl sulfide and the minimum yield of methyl mercaptan could be obtained in the Na content range of 0 .2 % - 0.4 % . As the Na content increased, the yield of dimethyl ether and methyl mercaptan increased, however,the selectivity of dimethyl sulfide decreased. The decomposition reaction of methyl alcohol was intensive and methyl mercaptan yield increased as the Fe content increased. At the same time dimethyl sulfide yield decreased .
