摘要 通过处理精对苯二甲酸生产中排放的氧化残渣:钙化、炭化和酸洗,制成了以中孔为主、孔半径集中在5 nm的中孔活性炭。该活性炭对分子直径较大的直接翠兰的吸附速度明显高于常规的粉状活性炭。 The preparation process of mesopore active carbon from the oxidation residua released by producing purified terephthalic acid (PTA) was studied. Firstly, benzoic acid was recycled from oxidation residua.Then the oxidation residua reacted with Ca(OH)2 to obtain calcium compound. After the calcium compound was dried in open - air and calcined without air under the temperature ranges of 585 -800 ℃ ,it turned into rough active carbon. Finally, the active carbon was obtained from that rough active carbon by acid washing, water washing and drying.
