孤东油田非活性硝酸粉末液酸化技术的研究与应用 被引量:9

摘要 针对孤东油田部分油井由于先天低渗透性特征或后期开采过程中的油层污染等原因造成液量低或不供液现象,近年来引进应用了非活性硝酸粉末液酸化技术,该体系采用地面预激活技术,其具有岩芯溶蚀率高、岩芯渗透率提高倍数高、腐蚀速度低等特点,可达到深部酸化的目的。现场应用结果表明,采用新型非活性硝酸粉未液配方体系酸化后,油井增产效果显著,适用于低渗-特低渗砂岩油藏的酸化解堵。 Because low permeability or oil reservoir pollution during production of some oil wells in Gudong Oilfield caused low liquid or no liquid supplying, acidating technique of non - active nitric acid powder liquid was imported and applied in recent years. This system adopted ground activation technique and had advantages of high corrosion rate of core, high increase of core permeability, and low corrosion rate of pipe. The result of field application showed that the production of oil well increased remarkably after using non - active nitric acid powder liquid . It was suitable for sandstone oil reservoirs with low permeability and extraordinarily low permeability.
