深水钻井液中天然气水合物的成因分析及其防治措施 被引量:22

摘要 海洋钻井过程中如果遇到含气地层,地层气窜入井筒及环空中,与钻井液中水在一定条件下易形成天然气水合物,堵塞井简、环空及防喷器,使钻井无法正常进行。综述了天然气水合物的形成机理及其防治方法,着重介绍了用于水基钻井液的水合物抑制剂,因为其用量少、效率高而被广泛开发和应用。 When we drill the formation in ocean where the gas deposits, the natural gas breaks into the well bore and circle space and generates hydrate with water in drilling mud under certain condition. The hydrate blocks the well bore, circle space and preventer. We summarized the mechanism and prevention of the hydrate formation, and introduced especially the hydrate inhibitor used in water - base drilling mud. It was developed and used widely due to its low use amount and high efficiency.
