车窗玻璃导槽的性能好坏主要由几个方面评价 :使用性能、外观、装配性能。对导槽性能有影响的几个主要设计因素为断面设计、材料选择、接头设计、型材长度及公差的确定。产品设计时要弄清零件的安装情况及使用条件 ,充分考虑周边零件及各种影响因素 ,立足于生产实际 ,充分考虑产品的工艺性能。

The important characteristics in designing of windowpane run channel were the performances of application,appearance and assemble.This designing would not reflect as variations in the end product quality.The aim of this paper was to discuss designing of windowpane run channel profile,material select,joint,defining of length and tolerant.All things should be considered during the production.
