摘要
介绍了6.3MVA工业硅电炉工艺、设备和节能新技术,包括采用无木炭全油焦和炭素电极生产工艺以及低频电源、二次低电压补偿装置、铜钢复合水冷铜瓦、大截面水冷电缆等设备及技术,对同类型矿热炉设计及工艺操作具有一定的指导意义。
Some relevant technologies in 6.3MVA metal-silicon furnace are introduced and discussed this paper,
such as the using of oil coke instead of charcoal, carbon electrode, lower fefquency power supply, low voltage
compensation,compound water-cooling electrode holder and large cross-section water-cooling cable and so on. All of this will be significant to the designing and operation of same kind of metal-silicon furnace.
