摘要
为了加速贵州省地方山羊品种改良,2000年9月试验采用常规的精液冷冻解冻方法,通过鲜精活力、畸形率、冻精活力、解冻后4 h存活指数、顶体完整率、谷草转氨酶(GOT)释放量等指标研究了3只波尔山羊精子的抗冻性,结果3只试验公羊精子抗冻性存在明显差异,968号公羊生存指数显著高于2022和098号(P<0.05),098号公羊谷草转氨酶释放量显著低于2022和968号(P<0.05),但其鲜精品质全部达到常规制作冻精的要求,配种试验,65.77 %(146/222)的受胎率也验证了3只公羊适宜制作冻精。
In order to accelerate improvement of local goat breed in guizhou province, freezing endurance of sperm of Boer goat, with three individuals as the test materials,was studied in motility, abnormal percentage, motility after freezing, living index 4 h after thawing and acrosome intact percentage, by common means of semen freezing and thawing in Sep., 2000. The result showed that freezing endurance was significantly different among three individuals of Boer goat, and living index of the individual No.968 was obviously higher than that of No.2022 and No.098 (P<0.05); the GOT release of No.098 was significantly lower than that of No.2022 and No.968 (P<0.05). However, their semen accord with the common criterion of being frozen, and the later experiment of artifical insemination and pregnancy rate of 65.77 % (146/222) also have proved that semen of three individuals of Boer goat are suitable to be frozen.
