摘要
对胚根做不同长度切剪处理后的黄瓜植株在不同时期进行干旱胁迫处理,测定叶片的3个与抗旱性显著相关的生理指标并求其隶属函数加权平均值(D值),同时进行田间产量比较。结果表明:经2/3胚根切剪处理后D值较对照(T1)提高了0.637,显著提高黄瓜植株的耐旱性;在日光温室越冬栽培中可增强植株长势,增加产量,平均增产幅度为10.8 %。
Three physiological characteristics significantly correlating to drought-resistance of Embryonic-root cutting cucumber plant were determined under drought stress condition.Their weighed average of subordinate function values (D) were calculated; and the fruit yield in field were investigated. The result indicated that 2/3 length of Embryonic-root cutting could improve the drought resistance and D value exceeded control (T1) 0.637. This treatment developed impetus of cucumber which plant in Greenhouse and increased fruit yield by 10.8 %.
