摘要
根据系统动力学理论建立了抽油机、抽油泵、杆管柱及其互作用系统力学数学模型 ,并建立了相应的仿真模型。在此基础上 ,利用模块化编程的原理开发了有杆抽油泵系统工作行为仿真软件 ,建立了油井、泵阀、原油物性、抽油机数据库 ,对不同工况、不同抽汲参数及不同系统配置情况下的抽油泵系统工作性能进行了仿真。采用单元实验与现场测试相结合的方法验证了仿真模型及仿真软件 ,计算结果符合生产实际 。
The mathematical models for describing behaviors of pumping unit,pump,tubing string and the compound system were set up,and the corresponding simulation models were established,according to the systematic dynamics.On this basis,the software for simulating the working behaviors of rod pumping system was developed on the principle of the modularization.The databases of oil well,pump valve,base oil and pumping unit were set up.The operation performances of rod pumping system under different working conditions,different swabbing parameters and different system configure were simulated.The simulation models and simulation software were verified by the use of unit experiment and the spot testing.The calculation results accord with the practical production.These models are applicable to practice.
