Active Fiscal Policies ≠ Unlimited Investment Expansion

许多国家的实践经验表明 ,积极财政政策不等于投资无限扩张 ,因为 ,无限扩张的财政政策 ,也会导致一系列经济问题 ,如通货膨胀、财政风险、经济结构失调等。因此 ,中国应当按照《决定》的精神 ,借鉴西方国家的经验和教训 ,实行适度扩张的财政政策 ,才能保持稳定的经济增长速度 ,并合理有效地使用国家财政支出政策 ,从而有力地促进宏观经济的协调发展。

Practices and experiences of many countries show that active fiscal policies do not mean unlimited investment expansion since unlimited expansionary fiscal policies can also cause a series of economic problems such as inflation, fiscal risks, imbalanced economic structure, etc. Therefore, China should absorb the spirit of the Decision on Issues Regarding the Improvement of the Socialist Market Economic System and learn the experience and lessons of western countries so as to improve the concerted development of its macro economies by imposing proper expansionary fiscal policies, keeping stable economic development speed, and reasonably and effectively applying national fiscal expense policies.
