补肾法对冠心病心绞痛ET、MDA、CRP的影响

Clinical Reseach of Influences on ET, MDA, CRP with the Therapy of Tonifying the Kidney in Treatment of Angina Pectoris

目的 观察补肾法对冠心病心绞痛内皮素(ET)、丙二醛(MDA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法 用单硝酸异山梨酯作为对照,服药前后记录ET、MDA、CRP、心绞痛症状、心电图ST-T改变、动态心电图缺血性ST-T改变的时间、血粘和血脂的情况。结果 采用补肾法治疗后,患者ET、MDA、CRP均明显降低,ET(pg/mL)由68.12±15.86改善为39.18±8.82,MDA(mol/mL)由9.10±1.81改善为6.61±1.39,CRP(mg/L)由14.21±6.86改善为5.99±2.58,心绞痛总有效率为94%,心电图改善总有效率为70%,动态心电图缺血性ST-T改变时间(min)由86.76±13.45改善为15.27±3.56,与单硝酸异山梨酯对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 补肾法治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效明显,能明显降低ET、MDA、CRP,且没有毒副作用。

Objective To observe the influences on ET, MDA, CRP with the Therapy of Tonifying the Kidney in patients with angina pectoris. Methods 50 patients with angina pectoris were treated by Chinese Medicine of Tonifying the Kidney and ET, MDA, CRP, symptoms, ECG (ischemic ST-T changes), holter ECG, blood viscosity and blood fat were recorded. Results Obvious drop of ET, MDA,CRP. The improving of ET (pg/mL) from 68.12±15.86 to 39.18±8.82, MDA (祄ol/mL) from 9.10±1.81 to 6.61±1.39, CRP (mg/L) from 14.21±6.86 to 5.99±2.58, the total efficacy of Therapy of Tonifying the Kidney to the improving of angina pectoris amounted to 94%, the improving of ECG amounted to 70%, the improving time (min) of holter ECG from 86.76±13.45 to 15.27±3.56. The drop of ET, MDA, CRP and the therapeutic efficacy of Therapy of Tonifying the Kidney are higher than isosorbidi mononitratis with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Therapy of Tonifying the Kidney is useful to the treatment of angina pectoris and obvious drop of blood ET, MDA, CRP, without any side effect.
