雷芪胶囊质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Standard for Leiqi Capsule

目的 研究雷芪胶囊的质量控制标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法对制剂中黄芪、雷公藤和蜈蚣进行定性鉴别;采用紫外分光光度法对雷公藤半萜类生物碱进行含量测定。结果 平均回收率为98.68%,RSD为0.429%。结论 该方法灵敏、简便、准确、重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。

Objective To establish the quality standards for leiqi capsule. Methods Astragalus membranaceus, scolopendra subsopinipes and tripterygium wilfordii were identified by TLC. The content of wilforine in leiqi capsules was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The average recovery was 98.68% and RSD was 0.429%. Conclusion These methods are simple and accurate with a good reappearance, and can be used for the quality control of leiqi capsules.
