健肾益寿口服液对衰老模型小鼠抗应激及脂质过氧化作用的影响

Effects of Jianshenyishou Liquid on Antistress and Superoxidation in Experimental Aging Mice

目的 探讨健肾益寿口服液延缓衰老的作用。方法 以D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠为研究对象,观察健肾益寿口服液对D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠抗应激及小鼠脑组织丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果 健肾益寿口服液可明显改善衰老小鼠抗应激能力,并可使衰老模型小鼠机体MDA含量明显降低,SOD活性明显升高。结论 健肾益寿口服液可改善衰老机体抗应激及增强机体清除自由基能力。

Objective To study effects of Jianshenyishou liquid on preventing aging. Methods Experimental aging mice molded with D-gal, then observe the effect of Jianshenyishou liquid on ability of antistress and MDA, SOD oxide level in the mice brain. Results Compared with experimental aging mice team, Jianshenyishou liquid can improve the ability of antistress and enhanced the SOD level, reduce the MDA level in the experimental aging mice. Conclusion Jianshenyishou liquid can improve the ability of antistress and superoxidation reaction in aging body.
