HPLC法测定5种1变种金银花中绿原酸含量 被引量:19

摘要 目的 以绿原酸含量为指标,评价测定川渝产金银花的质量。方法 采用HPLC法。结果 四川旺苍和成都产正品中绿原酸的含量分别为0.64%和0.58%,远低于2000年版《中国药典》(一部)规定的标准(≥1.5%),约为河南密县道地金银花3.02%的1/5。其余川渝所产金银花样品(4种1变种)的绿原酸含量大多在1%以上,其中淡红忍冬L. acuminata Wall.、峨眉忍冬L.similis Hemsl.var.omeiensis Hsu et H.J.Wang中绿原酸含量为首次用HPLC法测定报道。康定产的淡红忍冬L.acuminata Wall.绿原酸含量0.47%约为沐川3.01%的1/6。结论 同种忍冬不同产地花蕾样品的绿原酸含量差异很大,等于甚至大于不同品种间的差异,四川正品金银花远不及河南。说明提倡和发展金银花道地药材生产是完全必要的。 Objective To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae in Sichuan province and Chongqing city for evaluating the quality of them. Method The HPLC analysis was used. Result The content of chlorogenic acid in samples of Lonicera japonica Thunb. in Wangcang county and Chengdu city is 0.64% and 0.58% respectively, which is far lower than the criterion (≥1.5%) provided in 2000 years edition <Chinese pharmacopoeia> and only about 1/5 as high as it is 3.02% in sample of Lonicera japonica Thunb. in Mixian county. It is higher than 1% in samples of other 4 species and 1 variety in Sichuan province and Chongqing city for the most part and was determined by HPLC and reported for the first time for L. acuminata Wall. and L. similis Hemsl. var. omeiensis Hsu et H. J. Wang. In sample of L. acuminata Wall. in Kangding county, it is 0.47%, which is about 1/6 as high as it is 3.01% in sample of L. acuminata Wall. in Muchuan county. Conclusion The difference of the content of chlorogenic acid in the samples of the bud which are the same species but not in the same space is very big, which is equal to, even bigger than the difference between the different species. The content of chlorogenic acid in certified products of Flos Lonicerae in Sichuan province is far lower than it in Henan province. It shows that it is necessary to encourage and develop the production of the genuine species of Flos Lonicerae.
