摘要
对TC-W3 舷外发动机油(试验油)与参比油在150HP 舷外机上进行500h 耐久性对比试验和556h 水上实际行驶对比试验,结果表明:试验油具有优良的润滑性、高温清净性和良好的抗粘环和擦伤能力;可以满足大功率150HP 舷外机的使用要求;在无法用标准台架考核大功率发动机油品适应性时,可通过全尺寸台架试验和实际使用试验对油品的适应性进行考核。
The endurance contrast test (500 hrs) and field test ( 556 hrs) on the water of TC - W3
outboard engine oil against another comparable product have indicated that TC - W3 engine oil has excellent lubricity and can meet the demand of high power (150 HP) outboard engine. As no standard test method is available to examine the suitability of oil product to the high power engine, it is suggested to use whole dimension bench test and field test to assess the adaptability of lubricant.
