摘要
高浓度色甘酸钠(DSCG)滴眼液稳定性差,影响临床应用。本文研究DSCG溶液的性质及不稳定原因,发现该溶液有丁铎尔现象及电泳现象。pH下降或加人某些电解质或脱水剂,溶液发生变化,出现凝结聚沉现象。助溶剂Solubol增加DSCG的溶解,减轻pH变化及电解质引起的沉淀,减少电场对溶液的影响,增加稳定性,具有理论及实际应用价值。
Ocular disodium cromoglycate (DSCG) 2 or 4% has been very effective in relieving the signs and symptoms associated with type I allergic eye diseases but its aqueous dispersion is unstable. An optical property characteristic of colloidal system called the Tyndall beam was found, and when a dc electric field was applied to the oculoguttae, the particles moved towards positive electrbde. The addition of electrolytes or water-miscible solvent such as alcohol to the dispersions or decrease in pH value tend to coagulate them. 4% DSCG has viscosity not much greater than of its liquid vehicle and presents low osmolality. It, therefore, appears to have colloidal properties. Solubol, a mixture of surfactants, was found to stabilize the solution, preventing flocculence or coagulation and to excert a protective action.
