摘要
文章对三峡首批机组并网调试中出现的三万线高抗保护误动作进行了深入分析,排除了高抗内部发生故障的可能性,得出了高抗低端的电流互感器(CT)极性接反导致高抗保护动作的结论。由于准确及时排除了错误,使调试得以顺利进行。
During the commissioning test for interconnecting the first batch of generating sets in Three Gorges left bank hydropower plant with power grid the maloperation of the protective relaying for high voltage reactor in Sanxia-Wanxian transmission line occurs. After analyzing the maloperatoin in-depth the possibility that the inside fault of the reactor occurs is ruled out and the reason causing the maloperation is found, i.e., the polarity of the CT at the low side of high voltage reactor is connected in reverse. After the defect is removed in time, so that the commissioning test can successfully proceed.
