摘要
黄河上游梯级水电站泥沙问题一直困扰着电站的安全运行,尤其近年来支流湟水、大通河暴雨洪水带来的泥沙和污物对八盘峡水电站的安全运行构成严重危害,甚至危及甘肃部分电网和下游兰州、白银地区工农业生产及城市生活用水,亟待解决。作者对八盘峡水电站上游水域的实地勘察结果进行了分析,建立了湟水、大通河洪水预报方案,分析并找出了该流域洪水与泥沙、洪水与污物的关系,制定了八盘峡水电站汛期排污实时调度运行方式,以期减轻汛期污物对八盘峡水电站正常运行造成的危害,从而提高八盘峡水电站 本身及甘肃电网的安全、经济运行水平。
For the hydropower stations located at the upstream of Yellow River their secure operation is still puzzled by the sediment problem, especially in recent years, the sediment and fouls brought by Huangshui and Datonghe rivers flood not only badly hazards the secure operation of Bapanxia hydropower station, in addition, even it jeopardizes the secure operation in part of Gansu power system, the industrial and agricultural production and the water supply of daily life of Lanzhou and Baiyin at the downstream region, so the sediment problem must be settled urgently. After analyzing the result from field exploring at upstream area of the Bapanxia hydropower station, a flood forecasting scheme for the flood at the Huangshui and Datonghe rivers is established, the relation between the flood and the sediment of the catchment basin and that between the flood and fouls are researched and the law of them are found. Then, the real-time blowdown dispatching mode for Bapanxia hydropower station at flood period is laid down in order to reduce the extent of harm for the normal operation of Bapanxia power station caused by the fouls, and to improve the security and economic operation level of Bapanxia power station itself and that of the Gansu power system.
