摘要 阐述了复杂型面模具设计与制造中反求技术的应用,包括数字化模型检测、样本零件实物、测量数据的修正、建立零件原始模型、按设计要求检验、曲面重构、弧面造型、三维建模、模具设计与制造等。利用反求技术进行产品设计和生产,缩短产品开发和模具设计与制造的周期,提高产品质量。 This paper has discussed the method of production design and mold design which is based on Reverse Engineering. The research method includes a series steps such as model digital measured, data amended, product model built, curve reconstruction, 3D modeling, mold design etc. This can help to reduce the period of product design and improve the quality.
