摘要
介绍了一种高精度温度测量的原理与方法。该系统采用24位A/D转换器,将多路温度传感器的信号进行快速检测;测温电路自校正,能抑制环境变化和系统误差对测量结果的影响。通过实际测量,该系统具有测量精度高、抗干扰性强,满足了系统控制的需要。
The paper introduces the principle and method of high precise temperature measurement. The system adopts twenty four digital A/D converter and can monitor the sensor's signal of high precise temperature ;What's more, it can be self corrected effectively by eliminating the ambient temperature and system error. Through practical measurement, the system has been proved to be accurate in measuring and good in anti-jamming, which meets the need of control system.
