摘要
气流床煤气化是煤高效洁净利用的关键技术。综述了具有代表性的气流床煤气化技术的应用现状,探讨了影响水煤浆气化的主要因素,如烧嘴、耐火砖、激冷环等,分析了干煤粉气化的技术优势和存在的问题,并阐述了发展趋势。水煤浆气化已积累丰富经验,而干煤粉气化的实践较少,应用于化工领域还有待工程检验。基于国内煤气化技术的研究开发现状和工业运行情况的分析,提出了发展我国煤气化技术的战略。
Coal entrained-bed gasification, the key technology of clean utilization of coal, meets the challenge of energy safety and sustainable development in China. The application status of coal entrained-bed gasification technologies was described briefly. The major affecting factors of the coal water slurry gasification, such as feed injector, refractory and quench ring, were analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the dry pulverized coal gasification were pointed out. The development tendency of coal entrained-bed gasification technologies was also introduced. A lot of experience has been accumulated in the coal water slurry gasification, while the feasibility and operability of the dry pulverized coal gasification will be examined in the chemical industry. Based on the analysis of development status and industrial operational aspect of the coal gasification in China, the development strategy was brought forward.
