某工程特制品混凝土强度偏低的剖析

Analysis ofthe Low Side Strength of Specialty Concrete on Certain Project Instance

结合某工程实例 ,针对水泥强度的波动对特制品混凝土强度的影响进行剖析 ,阐明在大规模拌制特制品混凝土时 ,对使用P·O强度等级 42 .5的水泥进行混凝土配合比设计 ,水泥强度等级值的富余系数宜控制在 1.13～ 1.15 ,可防止因后期水泥强度的波动 ,导致混凝土强度变化 。

In this paper, on certain project instance, affect of cement strength fluctuationto specialtyconcrete strength is analyzed. The results is that extra coefficient of cement strength grade size should be controlled in 1.13-1.15 to designs concrete match ratio with 42.5 cement of P.O strength grade when specialtyconcrete is mixed and maked on a large scale, so to insures concrete strength up to designed strength grade it can prevents changing of concrete strength with cement strength fluctuating in overdue shelf life.
