毛织品抽样方案的研究

摘要 根据毛织品物理指标检验抽样实际,对连续批抽样检验设计了跳批抽样方案。此方案各抽样状态构成一有限不可约非周期的马尔可夫链,通过对极限分布的讨论,简洁而迅速地得到了该方案的复合抽样特性。以毛织品幅宽为例,对新旧方案进行对比,可以看出判合格概率接近,对消费方保护略有增加,然而却大大降低了检验量,从而提高了经济效益。 On the basis of the sampling inspecting practice in woollen physical index, the skip—lot sampling plan for continuous lots is designed in this paper. Finite, irreducible and non—periodic Maxkov chain consists of all sampling states of this plan. After discussion on limit distribution, the composite operating characteristic for the sampling plan is got simply and rapidly. Taking the width of woollen cloth as example, from comparing the new plan with the old one we can draw the conclusion that their probability of acceptance is approximate. Consumer' s risk is a little decreased, but inspecting quantity is reduced so that economical benefit could be raised.
