本文探讨了纱线各质量指标——条干不匀率CV值、棉结数、粗节数、细节数、伸长率、强力及实际捻度相互间的关系。固定一项质量指标为应变量,其它各项为自变量,按试验结果建立回归方程,并求出其确定性量度值,从而可由细纱某一质量指标的变化趋势去推求其它质量指标的变化趋势。

This paper discusses the interrelation between the quality indices of yarn—USTER CV irregularity, neps count, thickness fault count, thinness fault count, elongafion percentage, strensth and the actual twist. In those indices, one is taken as dependent variabie and the others as independent variables. Usinsthe testdata, the regressive equations are built and the certainty mensuration values are calculated. Thus, from the trend of a certain quality indexvariance, the trendof other quality indices variance may be deduced.
