摘要
摇架弹簧具有严格的加压稳定性要求,其负荷允差已超过国标GB1239普通园柱螺旋弹簧的Ⅰ级精度。可靠性分析表明:摇架弹簧的强度可靠性很高,而其松弛变形是主要失效形式;此外,弹簧设计,制造的分散性很大,给制造工艺带来了极大麻烦。本文建议从材质和工艺上采取措施来提高摇架弹簧的质量。
The springs in real set demands on a level press. It is hard work which hasan excessive amount of first-class accuracy in the National standard GB1239, the popular Cylindrical Helical Spring. It will be seen from this pa- per that the springs inreel find satisfaction in reliable strength, but in consequence of the relaxation deformation its become invalid. There are more distrubition under the press in design and make a great deal of trouble in manufacture. In order to improve the springs in reel, the high quality wire and new technology may be used in nanufacturing.
