摘要
研究了成型压力对瓷球烧结、密度及耐磨性的影响。结果表明:在本研究系统内随着压力的增加,瓷球的烧结温度下降,烧成温度范围拓宽。采用150MPa成型的瓷球的密度最大且耐磨性最好。
The influence of different forming pressure on isostatic alumina ball sintering,density and wear resistance have been investigated,adopting the pressure of 50MPa,100MPa,150MPa,200MPa,250MPa and 300MPa to produce ball.The result shows that the ball sintering temperature decreases,while sintering temperature range enlarges with the pressure increase;the highest density and the lowest wear rate is obtained at the pressure of 100MPa.
