宫廷葆春酒质量标准研究

Quality control of Gongting Baochun wine

目的 完善宫廷葆春酒的质量标准,控制药品质量。方法 对宫廷葆春酒作薄层定性鉴别及薄层扫描定量研究。结果 对药品中的牛膝、枸杞子进行TLC鉴别,对何首乌进行含量测定。结论 实验方法操作简单,可以用来控制本制刑质量。

OBJECTIVE To perfect the quality standard of Gongting Baochun wine and to control its quality. METHODS The qualitive and quantitative analyses were carried out by TLC and TLCS. RESULTS Radix achyran-this bidentatae and Frucium lycii were identified successfully by TLC, and the content of cmodin in the wine was determined exactly by TLCS. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple and can control the quality of the wine.
