摘要
基于Pro/E平台的特征参数化技术和行为建模技术 ,开发了高次多项式凸轮型线优化设计模板 ,并运用该模板 ,对一台高速柴油机四气门双顶置凸轮轴凸轮型线进行了优化计算求解 ;生成了满足最大接触应力和避免飞脱的最大凸轮型线丰满系数的图形文件 ;对计算优化的结果 ,运用ADAMS/VIEW软件 ,进行了柔性多体动力学仿真分析 ,并对以往的配气机构的动力学模型进行了改进。
Based on the Feature-Parameter Technique and Behavioral Modeling Technique of Pro/ENGINEER software, an optimizing template of high-ordered polynomial cam shape line has been invented in this paper. By means of this template, an optimal calculation of application has been conducted to a high duty Diesel engine with four valves and double over-head cam; and an optimized cam graphics file can be generated directly. For verifying the feasibility and veracity of this template, a detailed multi-body dynamics simulation and analysis in ADAMS/VIEW was proposed. Furthermore, in the course of dynamics analysis, the previous dynamics model of valve mechanism has been developed to some extent.
