水压柱塞泵配流阀的设计及试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 基于水介质粘度低、汽化压力高、有腐蚀性等特点 ,对配流阀的结构、材料及参数进行了分析与设计 ,并对多种配流阀的配对进行了试验研究。试验表明 ,由于气穴现象 ,阀配流水压柱塞泵的转速不能过高 ; Base on the characteristics of low viscosity, high vapor pressure and corrosion with water, the check valves' structures, materials and parameters were analyzed and designed. Then experimental research was carriedout. The experimental results show that the rotating speed for a valve type water hydraulic piston pump should be less than a certain speed limited by cavitation, and the check valves' structures and materials have great influences on the pump's volumetric efficiency.
