On Personality Growth's Outlook of Humanistic Psychology

以马斯洛和罗杰斯为代表的人本主义心理学的人格发展观,以存在主义哲学为理论导向,肯定人格的先天潜能和发展倾向,提出了健康人格结构概念与自我实现的人格发展动机,在当代人格心理学研究中开辟了新的领域。但由于其忽视实验与实证性的科学研究方法,同时将人性本善假设无限制地推广到人格发展的社会条件和改造现实社会的理想上去,不可避免地形成了理论上的根本缺陷。

The personality growth's outlook of humanistic psychology takes Maslow and Rogers as typical representative, bases on the theory of Existential Philosophy, affirms the latent energy and growth trend of personality, and puts forward the concept of health personality's structure and growing motivation of personality about self-actualization, opens up a new field in the personality research of the contemporary era. But because it ignores the scientific research methods of the experimental psychology and positivism, and spread the hypothesis that human nature is kindness unlimitly to the social condition of personality's growth and the ideal for changing the real society, it connot avert to evolve the basic defect of theory.
