摘要
森林防火视频监控与调度指挥系统是用数字微波作为传输手段,可以将获取的视频监控信息实时地传递给森林防火监控中心。该系统在监控中心配备的微机利用GIS／GPS技术和专家数据库进行各种信息的处理,能及时发现火灾隐情并可根据火情变化信息,提供各种扑火预案,协助指挥工作。
This paper in troduces the composing, principle, function and application of forest fireproofing monitor control system. Thei system can send the monitor data to fireproofing monitor center on time via microwave. The data can be handled with GIS/GPS technology and expert database in monitor center. It hepls to detect fire as soon as possible and offers treading out fire scheme, this will assist to finish command task.
