教育的目的是培养符合社会需要的合格的人才,合格人才的培养依靠合格的教师,培养合格的教师就应加强继续教育。新时期搞好教师继续教育工作,必须提高全社会对终身教育和教师继续教育重要性的认识,必须更新教育观念和变革教育模式。

The purpose of education is to foster qualified talent person which depend on qualified teachers. In order to foster qualified teachers we should strengthen teachers' continuing education. To perform teachers' continuing education work in new times must improve the recognizing level of our society to lifelong education and continuing education, and renew educational idea and pattern.
