关于ERP总体方案设计的几点思考

摘要 在ERP的原理及其溯源的基础上,通过对烟台三环锁业集团公司的案例分析,探讨了ERP在总体方案设计中的思路,并针对设计中的几点问题给出了建议。 Based on the principle of ERP and its origin, by analyzing the case of Yantai Tri-Circle Lock Industry Group Co.. The essay discussed the way of thought in overall devise of ERP.
