摘要
本文通过对加工件表面粗糙度最大峰值R_y、最大增量角、刀片最大允许直径等参数进行分析,提出了一种可用于加工圆弧、曲面的PNC—50微机光栅测量系统的编程计算方法,该方法不仅可用于加工曲面,还可清除由工艺系统变形引起的误差,并能满足加工表面粗糙度的要求。
This paper puts forward a programming computing method of PNC-50 microcomputer grating measuring system which can be used in processing round surface through the analyses of some parameters, such as roughness of workpiece surface, maxium peak value R_y, maxium angle increment and blade maxium diameter permitted etc. The method can be used not only in processing surface but also in eliminating error caused by shape change of technological system. It is enough to satisfy the needs of roughness of processing surface.
