国际共运高低潮规律的交替出现既有其客观因素也有其主观原因。资本主义基本矛盾和国际共运自身的力量与领导决定着国际共运高低潮的出现。从目前来看,国际共运尚不具备形成高潮的条件,但在与资本主义国家进行综合国力的竞争中,社会主义的优越性得到了充分体现,特别是我国国民经济保持高速增长、综合国力的显著提高,将对国际共运的发展予以极大地推动。

Capitalistic basic contradictory and the self strength and leading of international communist movement decide the appearance of the high and low tide law of international communist movement.
